Frisksport Motala<\/h2>\n

Frisksport Motala best\u00e5r av tv\u00e5 f\u00f6reningar; Motala Frisksportklubb och Motala Frisksportungdom. Tillsammans har vi \u00f6ver 800 medlemmar.<\/h5>\n
V\u00e5ra aktiviteter i R\u00e5ssn\u00e4shallen innefattar bland annat trampolin, tr\u00e4ningspass, gym, familjegympa och volleyboll.<\/h5>\n

Att bygga styrka handlar om mer \u00e4n tunga vikter och svettiga pass. Det handlar om att ta hand om kroppen, orka med vardagen och k\u00e4nna sig stark \u2013 p\u00e5 riktigt. I v\u00e5rt gym hittar du bra f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r styrketr\u00e4ning, oavsett om du \u00e4r nyb\u00f6rjare eller van att lyfta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

V\u00e5r styrketr\u00e4ningshall ligger p\u00e5 \u00f6verv\u00e5ningen i sporthallen och har <\/span>\u00f6ppet m\u00e5ndag till s\u00f6ndag mellan kl. 05:00-22:00.<\/span><\/p>\n

Inom Frisksport gillar vi att personer i olika \u00e5ldrar kan g\u00f6ra saker tillsammans. I Motala ordnar vi bland annat frisksportgympa f\u00f6r familjer, vi \u00e5ker p\u00e5 l\u00e4ger och skidresa till Bran\u00e4s.
